GENERAL UPDATES

1. Just followed up with TYDP on February rental aid which has to go in batches due to insufficient fund. It is moving accordingly.
2. Confirmed JKR will move in anytime since MPAJ has received consent letter from SUPERVIEW at about late 3 pm today. Personally I am very relieved with the progress after 3 months of 'long' battle.

Consent Meeting: MPAJ, JKR & SVSB- THURS 26FEB09

Good morning residents,

MPAJ had just called me to inform your good selves - owners of 1st block of Wangsa 9 and 14 houses perished at Taman Bukit Mewah to attend CONSENT BRIEFING BY JKR WITH PRESENCE OF SUPERVIEW tomorrow THURSDAY 2.30 PM 16th floor MPAJ in view that work on slope will commence soon. Our legal advisor has been informed and we had discussed and shall again revise at the implications of our CONSENT. I shall be at the meeting.

The FORUM

The forum called by Tan Seri MB to be chaired by MPAJ must serve its purpose that is after the long waited more than 2 months. The forum must have an objective. The OBJECTIVE IS THE SOLUTION to the problem followed by the will to be immediately carried out. We had requested for meetings with the developer together with MPAJ BUT the DEVELOPER FAILED TO TURN UP. MPAJ had close door meetings with the developer which have no solutions. We don't want a forum that is just going to pacify us. We want actions, we have said enough. WHAT NEEDS TO BE SAID HAD BEEN SAID BUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE HAS NOT BEEN DONE. We would have achieved 10 % work to be done by the time the forum is over! TIME IS THE ESSENCE.

Residents Meet (8th Feb)

Good morning BA residents,

RESIDENTS MEETING SUN 8th FEB , 8.30pm REST.WANGSA UKAY. Please attend. MAIN agenda is your signatories are required for the interlocutory notice to MPAJ and SUPERVIEW cc. YB Adun, YB MP, Tan Sri MB. Following this we are going to demonstrate if we are still kept in the dark. We have done the cordial way and until 4th Feb we have no news of JKR report. You will also be updated with all the work the committee has done during this CNY period. Please inform neighbours to make sure they are notified. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you.

Follow up : MPAJ & Superview

Wednesday 7th Jan 09

As at 12.10 pm:

1. I received feedback from MPAJ that developer had replied to them with numerous conditions MPAJ has to comply. MPAJ has to bring this to the attention of state goverment. Conditions were not reveal to us. I requested for MPAJ to meet with committee but was declined.
   
2. I checked on the rental subsidy - still no news from MPAJ.
   
3. We insisted on water,electricity and Wangsa 9 to be kept clean. WE HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH IN HOPE TO RECEIVE SOME IMMEDIATE ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN BUT IN VAIN. We will now proceed with our letter (as discussed in Wangsa 9 meet on 28dec08 hillside rest).

The letter was been drafted by Tengku who is liasing with Chek and myself. we still have a couple of things to tie up on legal implications. This letter mainly to address IMMEDIATE rectification of slope will require your signatories together with the whole residents of Taman Wangsa Ukay . We have the full support from Tuan Syed (chairman of Wangsa Heights Condo), Henry (Jalan Wangsa 7) and also Antheneaum, Jalan Wangsa 3, 5, 5b and 11.

We will have to call for a meet for the whole Taman Wangsa Ukay AGENDA:

1. Signatures for letter
2. To form 'our 'committee which will be headed by Tuan Syed. We would want to highlight our plights to the media who understand our grieviences.

Follow up MPAJ (superview)

MPAJ has given dateline to developer to come back by today. As on 11.07 am, I have enquired and there is still no news. I will follow up on this and one very important issue i.e. The aid on rental subsidy which was brought up on several occasions last was on 31st December 08 in MPAJ office.

Meeting MPAJ with SUPERVIEW

Friday 2nd January 2009

4.30 pm :

With reference to the above I was made to understand that MPAJ has given time to the superview to come back to them by latest 6th January 2009 (Tuesday). Today's close-door meeting the developer will need to refer to their board for approval. JKR has agreed with the developer on the option of rectification of the slope which we have yet to confirm with JKR. JKR has proposed 3 options. The committee will have a meeting soon with MPAJ to follow up with the details.

On a separate matter, chief op has been discharged yesterday evening and was at the site instantly.
